Model a priced round

Before you close a round, you can model it in Capfold to see exactly how ownership and dilution will look - including any SAFEs converting.
Start a new round
In the Fundraising area, select New priced round and give it a name (for example Seed or Series A).
Enter the round terms
Add the pre-money valuation and the amount being raised. Capfold calculates the price per share.
Add investors
Enter each investor and their investment amount. Any outstanding SAFEs are shown converting into the round.
Review and close
Check the resulting cap table and dilution. When the round is final, close it to apply the changes to your live register.
Tip. Modelling is non-destructive - nothing changes on your live cap table until you choose to close the round.
